Spend the day playing Crazy Golf or exploring the Maze, the Giant Fort or the JCB Dig, not to mention the Miniature Railway and the Mini Zoo where you can pet and play with the Farm Animals and get involved in feeding time.

Puxton Park is particularly proud of its Falconry Centre, which is run by Gary Lawrence who has more that 28 years experience. There are more than fifteen breeds of birds, including Eagles, Falcons, Hawks and Owls and you get to see and spend time with them in their natural habitat.

A Hawk Walk costs £20.00 per person, whilst an Experience Day is £90.00, with the option to have a Half Day for £50.00. If you’re really into Falconry you can take a 5-Day In-Depth Course for £400.00 per person (discounts are available for 2 or more people, and for 4 or more people on the Hawk Walk).

There are special events during August, such as Professor Paul Wheeler’s Traditional Punch & Judy Show on Tuesday’s at 11am and 2pm. The Vintage Bus operates throughout the month and on Saturday 22nd August; the characters from Frozen will be at the park.

On Sunday 20th August, there is the popular Bank Holiday Family Camping event where the Play Barn and activities are open until 8pm! Campers can start setting up at 4pm and there is a disco with a resident DJ providing music and games between 5.30pm and 8pm. Camping prices start at £35.00 per tent (for 4 people) with any additional people costing £5.00 each (this includes free entry into the park on Bank Holiday Monday).

The Fun Farm Play Barn has great entertainment for everyone from toddlers to adults, and everyone in-between and at three storeys’ high, it is the biggest play barn in the South West! There’s a ball pool, fireman’s pole and a mouse tunnel plus 5 different slides – all at different heights and sizes depending on how daring you are feeling!

For those of you who need a break from all the craziness of the park, you can stop by the Meadows Restaurant and sample one of their homemade meals, and visit the restaurant and Farm Shop Food Emporium without having to pay the Adventure Park admission.

There are so many activities to enjoy on this 40-acre park, it really is a great day out for all the family, and it’s so easy to get to! Follow the A370 signposted towards Congresbury / Bristol, or if you’re travelling by public transport, there’s a bus stop at the entrance.

Daily opening times for the park are 9am – 5.30pm. The Meadows is open 9am – 5.30pm (except Sundays when it closes at 5pm), and the shop is open from 9am – 6pm daily (except for Sunday’s when it closes at 5.30pm).

Admittance to the park is £7.90 for Adults and £8.90 for Children (3-16 years old), while under 3’s are free. A family ticket for 4 people costs £31.00, Carers are free (with identification) and the late entry fee (after 3.30pm) is just £4.00
